Fall 2011 Newsletter
Dear Members,
We hope this letter finds you well. Hunting season will be upon us soon. Lots of deer sign on the club, though visibility is still difficult. Bears everywhere.
Membership Dues: Member dues are due by June 30. MEMBER RENEWAL forms have been mailed but if you misplaced yours you can download it from this website. Please fill out the renewal form and send remittance to the address above by June 30. Dues money received after June 30 will be returned to sender. NEW MEMBER dues and applications are due by Aug. 31.
Family Picnic and Work Day: There was a work day/ family picnic scheduled for August 6th, 2011, at Frank Galford’s Pavilion. Over 50 people attended and a work party did some nice work on the Lockwood Spring. Check out the pics in the Photo Gallery in the "Taylor Pics" album
Website: Many of you have signed up for free accounts at the club website and activity is up. Check it out for many new added club photos and updates from our winter feeding committee.
Harvest Reports: Most off you know already, but filling out a Harvest Report is mandatory, whether you harvested game or not. Forms were sent out with your membership cards, but the easiest way to report is to do it online here. See above tab under "FORMS AND PERMITS"
WOODCUTTING: Cutting firewood on the club is permitted, but you must file a permit FIRST. You can print off the form here and turn it in to any board member or officer. Please read the club bylaws regarding wood cutting before you fire up the saw!
