   The undersigned, constituting the membership of the Bobbys Run Hunting and Fishing Club, hereby warrant and represent that we have each read the terms and conditions of this agreement and that we jointly accept them and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Bobbys Run Hunting and Fishing Club as well as the landowner’s rules and regulations. The Club/Club Membership is not responsible for any accidents and/or incidents. Members and guests of those members will be held accountable for any damages, rules, bylaws or regulations violations.

 ALL MEMBERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 (FAMILY MEMBERSHIP) AND ALL GUESTS OF MEMBERS MUST SIGN THE EXHIBIT “B” FORM PRIOR TO ANY CLUB OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY
