Rules for Campers

 

*You must fill out a Camper application. (See a Club Officer or get application off web site) and return it to a club officer.

*You must inform a Board member if you feel you may not be able to remove the camper on the designated dates.

*Do not take someone else’s site. Be sure an existing site is not being used before occupying it

*You may cut wood for use at your camp site provided you adhere to the Club rules (see bylaws)

 

    BYLAWS SECTION 2 TRAILERS ~ the management forester responsible for our parcel must approve all trailers. The management forester must approve the site location for placement of trailers.

    Trailers must be kept and maintained in a mobile condition at all times. They must be licensed and inspected according to State laws.

    Trailers must be removed completely from the property, once per year, for a minimum of three (3) weeks. This must be done beginning September 1, 1999. The beginning of the removal period for each year will be Labor Day Weekend

  SECTION 3: STRUCTURES~ NO permanent structures shall be erected or attached to trailers on the property at any time. Temporary structures may be erected only with prior written consent of the landowner and approval of the management forester. NO “outhouses” or port-o-potties are allowed. Portable toilets must be taken to a legal dumping station for emptying.

   SECTION 4: CAMPSITES ~ all campsites shall be maintained in a neat and orderly manner. Lessees shall keep the property free of litter and debris at all times

 

*Failure to follow the rules above may result in a monetary fine or dismissal from the club.
